The incomparable David Ruffin on lead vocals with the classic Temptations lineup behind him (Eddie Kendrick, Paul Williams, Melvin Franklin and Otis Williams). One of Ruffin's last tracks wit the group. The story behind the song is far more tragic than the song itself. It is a masterpiece.
